Have you ever been eye to eye with a peregrine falcon? Enjoy a rare close-up experience with Phoenix, our resident peregrine at the California Raptor Center’s (CRC) Open House.  Many of the other resident ambassador birds will be on the glove with volunteers ready to answer all of your questions about raptors. Special presentations at 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. will demonstrate fascinating features of raptor biology and ecology.
