Faculty Engagement Advisory Council

About the Council

The Faculty Engagement Advisory Council consists of faculty and researcher constituents who advise, support and contribute to the office of Public Scholarship and Engagement (PSE), specifically regarding issues pertaining to faculty, academic programs, and the Academic Senate, but also more broadly for PSE objectives. Feedback, concerns, and visions of publicly engaged scholars are central to the work of PSE, and have been incorporated through a variety of mechanisms over the past several years. Here, we formalize this process and provide a clear advisory role for scholars invested in Public Engagement at UC Davis.
