Direct service in this area is intended to support learning loss and barriers to learning due to the pandemic. Members will engage in tutoring, mentoring, family involvement and classroom teaching/support. Direct service that supports food security includes activities that provide food/nutrition support, food production, community/school gardens, food recovery, food literacy, and coaching, education, and/or training in these areas.
